Your complaint about our service
Thank you for your email received on 6 November 2015 in response to James Miller’s letter
dated 18 September 2015.
On reviewing Mr Miller’s letter; he considered that your complaints about our service were both
unreasonable and vexatious and as such, they were not accepted for investigation. I note that
he issued our Unacceptable Actions Policy in line with Section 4 of the Policy – Unacceptable
Behaviour. I also note that he reminded you that in my letter dated 10 September 2015; I
advised you that I would not respond to any further matters about your complaints with our
service.
Despite this, your email requests that your complaint is escalated to me for investigation.
You have also attached a copy of Mr Miller’s letter in which you have added comments that I
consider to be frivolous.
Following my review of your email, I have decided to invoke our Unacceptable Actions Policy
and as such, it is my decision that the service does not respond to any further correspondence
received from you.
In closing, I trust my letter has clarified the situation.
