we may bring to your attention the serious steps initiated by the management to
take urgent disciplinary actions in cases with serious misconducts, especially very
poor performance causing very much damage to the reputation for the firm in
many ways.
Under such unavoidable circumstances the management may be forced to take
immediate steps including the option of termination instantly, and this may be
considered as a warning intimation and it wont be worth thinking appropriate to
serve another one of this kind; and hence this would be the final intimation in this
regard.
Hope you can understand the seriousness of the situation and may make good all
the deficiencies with immediate effect, visible and transparent. This letter is
intended for avoiding confusions and complications in future.
