➢ Our projects are executed using the stringent methodological guidelines. Every
step of the process is fully documented and combine with our rigorous quality
control procedures to ensure the delivery of data is neutral, objective, accurate
and actionable.
➢ Training of team is the key to quality. Training is provided at all levels of the project team involved in
the study, from interviewers to trainers and supervisors, as well as to the central team overseeing
the process. This will ensure that all involved persons are clear with regard to their role in ensuring
good quality of data.
➢ At least 30% of the completed sample is validated by our QC team. This may be
accomplished by telephone or face to face contact. The Quality audit happen
throughout the fieldwork activities on ongoing basis.
➢ Project manager conducts a study briefing among field managers, supervisors, recruiters and
moderators; doubts, if any, needs to be clarified immediately with client within the same business
day. In case of moderator briefing, it has to be in the form of discussion or role play to ensure that all
aspects are clearly understood by the moderator

➢ With the years of experience in conducting the fieldwork we have set up a
internal checklist for qualitative and quantitative studies, data processing,
survey scripting, open-end coding and charting and make sure that they
are followed thoroughly before providing deliverables to the client.
➢ In case recruitment is done from a central call canter, all calls are recorded & checked
for the authenticity of the recruitment. In case recruitment is done on field, supervisor
needs to re-screens all respondents and check all the profiling parameters. Approx. 30%
of recruitments are checked by the supervisor for authenticity. A pre-decided set of
qualifier questions are re-administered via call back by supervisor/manager to
authenticate the same and tied up with audio back up; in case of errors/fraud, field executive is
immediately removed from the project as well as all recruitments or all completed interviews are
cancelled and replaced at no cost to the client.
