Gratuity
Employees are entitled to gratuity
benefit after completion of
minimum one year of continuous
service with the Company. The
gratuity is calculated on the last
basic pay and is payable at the rate
of two month's basic pay for every
completed year of service.

(a) Special grant for treatment in case of accident while working;
(b) Liveries;
(c) Performance Bonus;
(d) Eight major disease have been brought under insurance coverage;
(e) Burn victim hospitalization cost coverage by insurance for 26(twenty six) week.

 Suicide Base Salary X 50 amount (taka)
 Loss of both eye or Leg or Hand, or
one hand and one leg
Full Amount equal to main Bima
 Loss of one eye or Leg or Hand Full Amount equal to main Bima
Major disease Benefits In first installment tk. 1 lac/year,
and In 2nd and 3rd installment tk.
3 lac. Bima Will be given.

Employee Benefits Contributory Provident Fund  Provident Fund is administered by a Trustee Board and is funded by contributions equally from the employees and the employer @10% of basic salary. Gratuity Employees are entitled to gratuity benefit after completion of minimum one year of continuous service with the Company. The gratuity is calculated on the last basic pay and is payable at the rate of two month's basic pay for every completed year of service. Beside those Others Special Benefits (a) Special grant for treatment in case of accident while working; (b) Liveries; (c) Performance Bonus; (d) Eight major disease have been brought under insurance coverage; (e) Burn victim hospitalization cost coverage by insurance for 26(twenty six) week.

  1. The Board of Directors is the ultimate authority for the overall management of the company within the framework of the prevailing law. The Board comprises 12 (twelve) directors nominated by the Government.
  2. The Committee assists the Board in establishing and managing appropriate policy to guide the company regarding outcomes to be achieved in the management of Human Resources. The Committee reports to the Board regarding their activities of recruitment and promotion of officers of the company. The committee met ten times and awarded appointment of 128 officers of different post and promotion of 47 officers during the year.
