Helped a marketing SaaS startup create a great impression
on potential investors by developing a robust financial model
and investor presentation.
An angel-funded startup in Vietnam was seeking to
raise pre-series A round from existing and new
investors. The startup had already acquired some
prominent customers and user-base was growing
rapidly. The founders worked relentlessly to make
their product better and preferred spending time
with their customers. While the product and
business model was validated, the founders
needed capital to strengthen their market position
and scale faster than competition. The founders
had created a raw deck and were looking for a
pitch deck consultant to help them create a strong
financial projection and transform the pitch deck.
Pitttch team worked closely with the founder and
the angel investor to create a robust financial
model (growth and valuation). We restructured and
redesigned the presentation to ensure a
compelling narrative and clean, minimal design.

comprehensive pitch for a mobile wallet concept. The
pitch got approved by a government funded
organization in the middle east. The organization has
sought details of technical implementation from the
product team.

Pizza131 founders had an existing pitch deck that
wasn’t doing great with the investors as it was verbose
and lacked visual appeal. Our team created a
professional outline and revamped the presentation
to convey the story succinctly and beautifully. The
revamped pitch got Pizza131 noticed in the investor
fraternity and the firm is in advanced talks to raise
$50k-$100K.

RAISING $6M
B U S I N E S S P L A N
Developed a comprehensive business plan for a seasoned
hotelier who was seeking funds for acquiring competition’s
business.
P Ashish, a seasoned hotel entrepreneur with over 20
years of experience approached Pitttch to create an
investor-grade business plan including financial
modeling and analysis. The objective of the plan was
to raise $6M to acquire a 4-star hotel in Kansas City
from the existing owner.
Working on a short deadline, we first developed the
projected financial statements [BS, P&L, and Cash
flow]. The projections were based on the property’s
previous performance and the growth that the new
management would bring. We created scenario
based model to explain the revenue and profit
potential in different scenarios [pessimistic, base case
and optimistic]. The statements also included
validated assumptions for key hospitality industry
metrics [e.g. RPAR, ADR, occupancy].
The next part was to write a compelling business plan
that would convince the banks about management’s
capability to bring out greater value out of an existing
hotel property. The team ensured that the key points
are covered and delivered in a concise and
compelling manner. We delivered a 25-page business
plan and financial statements within 10 working days
of project commencement.
The bank approved the business plan and Mr. Ashish
successfully received $6M funding.

Core9 is a fitness concept based on a unique training
framework that is designed by its founders over the
years. The founders wanted to create a sales pitch for
the prospects seeking franchise opportunity with
Core9. The founders already had ample content and
Pitttch team was hired to turn the informational
content to a convincing narrative. We reorganized the
structure, rephrased their value proposition and
created an impressive franchise prospectus.

  • 8. An angel-funded startup in Vietnam was seeking to raise pre-series A round from existing and new investors. The startup had already acquired some prominent customers and user-base was growing rapidly. The founders worked relentlessly to make their product better and preferred spending time with their customers. While the product and business model was validated, the founders needed capital to strengthen their market position and scale faster than competition. The founders had created a raw deck and were looking for a pitch deck consultant to help them create a strong financial projection and transform the pitch deck. Pitttch team worked closely with the founder and the angel investor to create a robust financial model (growth and valuation). We restructured and redesigned the presentation to ensure a compelling narrative and clean, minimal design.

Our team created a professional outline and revamped the presentation to convey the story succinctly and beautifully. The revamped pitch got Pizza131 noticed in the investor fraternity and the firm is in advanced talks to raise $50k-$100K.
  • 11. HOTEL ACQUISITION BUSINESS PLAN FOR RAISING $6M B U S I N E S S P L A N Developed a comprehensive business plan for a seasoned hotelier who was seeking funds for acquiring competition’s business.
  • 12. P Ashish, a seasoned hotel entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience approached Pitttch to create an investor-grade business plan including financial modeling and analysis. The objective of the plan was to raise $6M to acquire a 4-star hotel in Kansas City from the existing owner. Working on a short deadline, we first developed the projected financial statements [BS, P&L, and Cash flow]. The projections were based on the property’s previous performance and the growth that the new management would bring. We created scenario based model to explain the revenue and profit potential in different scenarios [pessimistic, base case and optimistic]. The statements also included validated assumptions for key hospitality industry metrics [e.g. RPAR, ADR, occupancy]. The next part was to write a compelling business plan that would convince the banks about management’s capability to bring out greater value out of an existing hotel property. The team ensured that the key points are covered and delivered in a concise and compelling manner. We delivered a 25-page business plan and financial statements within 10 working days of project commencement. The bank approved the business plan and Mr. Ashish successfully received $6M funding.
