Ryan ‘Sammy’ Samuelson is president and a co-founding partner of
Corcoran Commercial Real Estate. Sammy is a 2000 graduate of
Northern Illinois University’s Professional Sales Program, where he re-
ceived a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing.
A HISTORY of SUCCESS
Sammy took an interest in real estate while still enrolled in college and
began investing in commercial properties. After graduation he spent 8
successful years in sales and sales management with a Fortune 500 com-
pany in Chicago. In 2008, he turned his passion for real estate into a
full time position. One of the first projects he was tasked with was
leading the charge in the leasing of a 30,000 square foot new develop-
ment in St. Charles. The accomplishments with this project lead to
many opportunities representing both landlords and tenants.
Sammy currently spends the majority of his time representing tenants
who are looking to grow their footprint throughout the Chicagoland
market. He has been called upon to assist nationally recognized compa-
nies as well as regional brands looking to grow. His ability to research
all aspects of a market has allowed his clients to make educated deci-
sions about expansion.
Sammy is an avid Chicago sports fan and resides in St. Charles with his
wife and 3 young children. He is an active member of the International
Council of Shopping Centers and sits on the advisory board for the H
Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to finding a cure for
cancer.

RYAN CORCORAN
Partner
Managing Broker Ryan Corcoran is the co-founding partner of Corcoran Commercial
Real Estate, a firm specializing leasing, sales, and development of
commercial real estate.
A HISTORY of SUCCESS
Ryan’s first involvement with commercial real estate began in an
entrepreneurial role as he developed an 86,000 square foot self storage
facility in 2003. His understanding of sales, finances, administration,
and management eventually led him into the transactional side of
commercial real estate as well as property management. Ryan has
provided real estate services to office, industrial, and retail properties
throughout the western Chicago Suburban Market.
In 2009 Ryan opened Corcoran Commercial Real Estate, then leasing
and managing more than 400,000 square feet. His firm assisted in the
leasing and re-development of First Street in St. Chares, IL.
Corcoran Commercial Real Estate represents tenants throughout the
Chicagoland market. Their representation of investment and other
commercial property is focused on the Kane and West Suburban
submarkets.
Ryan Corcoran and his firm have continued their growth and success
throughout the years. In 2012, Ryan earned the CCIM designation. A
CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized
expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
Ryan sits on the Chairman’s Advisory Panel at CASA, an organization
that supports abused and neglected children through advocacy
volunteers.

BRAD SCHREINER
Vice President
Broker Brad Schreiner joined Corcoran Commercial Real Estate, a firm
specializing in leasing, sales, and development of commercial real
estate, in 2014.
A HISTORY of SUCCESS
Brad graduated from Illinois State University in 1987 and was President
of Phi Sigma Kappa, a fraternity at ISU. Prior to moving into the
commercial real estate market, Brad worked for 12 years in the Institu-
tional Cleaning Market selling to Schools, Hotels, Healthcare, Office
Buildings and Manufacturing. Brad worked in both sales and sales
management during his time in this marketplace.
Brad started in commercial real estate in 2004. During his tenure in
real estate, he has provided services to office, industrial, and retail prop-
erties throughout the western Chicago Suburban Market. Brad has
been involved with over $55 Million in property and investment sales.
He has leased over 425,000 SF of office, industrial and retail space
throughout the western suburbs during his career. Brad works with
both landlords and tenants to meet their real estate needs.

NORM PURDY
Vice President Operations
Lead Property Manager Norm Purdy is the VP of Operations for Complex management, the
Property Management division of CCRE.
Following a successful 15 year career as a Certified Financial Planner,
Norm went back to school to study construction management, real es-
tate, and HVAC. He holds the Facility Management Professional Des-
ignation.
A HISTORY of SUCCESS
In 2013 Norm took on the VP position at Complex Management.
Bringing his command of financial management and organizational
skills to Complex, Norm is responsible for all day to day operations of
the company including the management of maintenance, personnel, and
administrative staff. Norm is effective at building strong working rela-
tionships with the various entities that own or lease the properties un-
der Management.
As of the end of 2015, assets under management at Complex have
roughly doubled. The company now manages properties throughout
the Fox Valley area and beyond. Core Competencies within Norm’s
