Lee & Associates
In 1979, Bill Lee founded the first Lee & Associates office. Driven by a unique idea that would turn real estate bro-
kers into company owners or “shareholders,” Lee’s guiding philosophy was that the clients’ interests would be best
served by a collective team effort from experienced sales agents who had an ownership stake in the privately-held
organization, earned through exceptional performance and ethical practice.
Not merely employees, profit-sharing Lee owner/agents strive to create a sense of shared responsibility and cooper-
ation throughout the organization and encourage an orientation toward long-term client relationships and business
solutions.
With 55 offices across the nation and Canada, including California, Colorado, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illi-
nois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania,
South Carolina, Texas, Vancouver BC and Wisconsin, the Lee & Associates group of independently owned and operat-
ed companies is the largest broker-owned and managed full-service commercial real estate services provider in North
America. With more than 800 brokers nationwide, Lee & Associates provides a wide range of specialized commercial

jminea@lee-associates.com
Jeff’s introduction to commercial real estate occurred at Minneapolis-based Welsh Companies, where he worked for
23 years. Initially, he managed a large portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties and eventually transitioned to
brokerage, where he quickly earned the position of vice president. Jeff represented landlords in marketing industrial
space for lease throughout the Twin Cities and served in a leadership role on several major business park listing assign-
ments with 250,000 to 1,000,000+ square feet of industrial space for lease. He was also appointed the lead role in
developing and marketing a 2-building multi-tenant industrial property (124,000 sf), with oversight of hiring the project
team, all budgeting and design, all municipal approvals, construction and progress payments. He successfully leased
the project within the projected timeframe and under budget.
Prior to launching Lee & Associates in April 2016, Jeff served as a senior vice president with CGC Commercial for three
years and a senior director with Cushman & Wakefield for five years. He exclusively represented industrial, med-tech
and office companies in their search and selection of property for lease and sale. In 2010, Jeff earned Cushman &
Wakefield’s “Top 5” producer award for his tenant representation work and in 2007 he was honored as one of the “Top
5 Commercial Industrial Agents” in the Twin Cities by The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. With an emphasis
on measurable results, Jeff reduced base rent for five clients in 2009 by 19.95% up to as much as 46.15%. He was a
member of the team hired to market the former Delta Airlines headquarters office building for sale along with develop-
