The company Pro servis was established in 2013 to provide fast, quality maintenance services for consumer electronics. Their vision is to become a leader in post-sales consumer electronics services domestically. They operate out of a 2,500 square meter facility with 7 employees and serve over 650 customers per month. Pro servis services products from brands like Samsung, Indesit, and Ariston. They plan to expand their services through opening a new branch, increasing their vehicle fleet, and establishing partnerships.

4. The company Pro servis was developed in 2013 from the company „ISKRA ele d.o.o.“ that was founded in
2002. Several years have passed in search for the company's place on the market which lead to the
development of a company whose main point of business is providing maintenance services of consumer
electronics products.
Pro servis is located at the site of the former factory „Mehanika“ in Orašje and is spread over an area of
2.500 m2
. The central service and maintenance deparmtnet, the spare parts storage facility and the offices
are located on the ground floor of our business building. It should be emphasised that the whole complex
( 2.500 m2
) that consists of the land and the business-storage building is the property of Pro servis.
Proteklo je nekoliko godina u traženju svog mjesta na tržištu, što je i dovelo do razvoja tvrtke čija je
osnovna djelatnost pružanje usluga servisiranja proizvoda potrošačke elektronike.
Pro servis je smješten na lokalitetu nekadašnje tvornice „Mehanika“ u Orašju, i prostire se na površini
od ukupno 2.500 m2
. U prizemlju poslovne zgrade smještenI su centralni servis, skladišni prostori za
rezervne dijelove i uredi. Treba istaći da je cijeli kompleks ( 2.500 m2
), koji obuhvata zemljište i poslovno
skladišnu zgradu, u vlasništvu Pro servisa.
Our company has seven employees, five of which are highly qualified including maintenance workers, one
administrative worker and the company director.
Naše poduzeće broji sedam uposlenih i od toga pet visoko kvalificiranih radnika – servisera, jednog
adminstrativnog radnika i direktora poduzeća.
Poduzeće Pro servis je 2013. godine preraslo iz poduzeća
„ISKRA ele d.o.o.“ koje je osnovano 2002. godine.

5. Pro servis d.o.o. performs maintenance services in its own facilities as well as at the location of the
users. The service and maintenance department is equipped with specialized tools, measuring devices
and logistics equipment needed for efficient work and top results. We own a large variety of spare parts
which allows us to perform maintenance jobs in the shortest possible period of time.
Our users are also offered services that are compliant with international standards and that enable them
insight into the status of the work order at any time. This enables them to find out the status of their
device form the admission into maintenance and up to the maintenance completion and turning over of
the device.
The qualified staff of Pro servis has many years of experience in providing maintenance services in the
scope of TV, audio and video equipment, domestic appliances, air conditions maintenance as well as the
maintenance small domestic appliances. During the past years the company provided maintenance
services for consumer electronic products of renowned brands such as Samsung, Indesit, Ariston, Elit
etc.
Our company keeps expanding its assortement of maintenence services in order to provide better
service to our clients. By providing high-quality maintenance services we have established ourself as a
reliable partner in the scope of importing, distribution and sales of spare parts, as well.

6. Servisne usluge Pro servis d.o.o. vrši kako u svojim servisnim prostorijama tako i na licu mjesta kod
korisnika. Servis je opremljen specijalizovanim alatima, mjernim uređajima i logističkom opremom za
efikasan rad i vrhunske rezultate. Posjedujemo veliki asortiman rezervnih dijelova i time garantujemo
servisiranje u najkraćem mogućem roku.
Takođe svojim korisnicima pružamo uslugu po svjetskim standardima tako što u svakom trenu imaju
uvid u status radnog naloga te mogu saznati u kojem je statusu njegov uređaj od prijema na servis pa
sve do preuzimanja uređaja.
Stručni kadar Pro servisa ima dugogodišnje iskustvo u pružanju usluga servisiranja u oblasti TV, audio i
video tehnike, bijele tehnike, rashladnih uređaja kao i malih kućanskih aparata. Tvrtka je u posljednih
nekoliko godina pružala usluge servisiranja proizvoda potrošačke elektronike renomiranih brendova kao
npr. Samsung, Indesit, Ariston, Elit , itd.
Naše poduzeće stalno proširuje svoj asortiman usluga servisiranja, kako bi svojim klijentima pružili što
bolje i kvalitetnije servisiranje.Pružanjem kvalitetnih usluga servisiranja razvili smo se i u pouzdanog
partnera uvoza, distribucije i prodaje rezervnih dijelova.

7. Unapređujući svoju servisnu podršku iz godine u godinu naše poduzeće
u ovoj godini ima plan širenja u više pravaca:
 Otvaranje podružnice u Sarajevu
 Povečanje voznog parka
 Uspostavljanje call centra
 Povećanje broja uposlenih

8. In order for our services to be available on the whole territory of Bosnia and
Herzegovina our company has signed contracts with over 30 maintenance
centers as well as with the providers of express mail services.
