He believed that any staffing company would have to be based on maintaining outstanding customer service for both the clients it represented as well as the candidates it developed for placement. By remaining true to this principle, he was able to create long lasting professional relationships, loyal clients and a dependable pool of qualified candidates. In the early 1990s, due to an increasing need in these fields, many client companies requested that Hamilton Connections transform their business model to the clerical and light industrial arenas. In order to meet this demand, Mr. Hamilton established the Clerical & Light Industrial Divisions of Hamilton Connections. Today Hamilton Connections remains a full service and diversified staffing firm. With six offices operating throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, Hamilton Connections now offers technical, clerical, and light industrial recruitment services in every one of our locations. The Clerical & Light Industrial Divisions focus on entry level, mid level, and temp to hire recruiting. Meanwhile, the Technical Staffing Group continues to excel in direct hire placements and professional staffing. Hamilton Connections has established many contacts throughout Connecticut’s Educational System which include schools like Eli Whitney, Gateway Community College, and Quinnipiac University. Our goal is to work at developing a career placement assistance program for recent high school and college graduates to maximize our candidate sourcing within our available resources. Hamilton Connections has worked hard to develop strong relationships with many of Connecticut’s and Massachusetts’s leading companies. This portfolio of clients includes companies like MidState Medical Center (Clerical), Cablevision (Customer Service) ASSA-Abloy (manufacturing), Tower Labs (pharmaceutical), Radiall-AEP (military equipment), and Watson Foods (food production). Our work force contains candidates from every level, including contractors, temporary workers, and professionals who have been recruited for direct hire positions. Our weekly payroll has grown to over 1200 employees in diversified roles throughout many industries. We also have incorporated our very own centralized accounting and payroll department to help meet the demands of our growing work force. This allows us to better service our employees and clients with rapid response to common payroll situations.
