Each table could have a scribe to insert comments live.  A projected view of the map, refreshed every 30 seconds, would display the most recent comments from residents about their community.
Community Remarks website would have enabled real-time visualization of the comments as the meeting was taking place.
Instead, comments  are going into GIS first,  then will be imported into Community Remarks website to see all the comments in one place online Comments from the workshops  could have gone into Community Remarks live, then exported to GIS to save time.
