The City of Corona is planning to refund $27.975 million in outstanding 2006 Lease Revenue Bonds through the issuance of new 2016 Refunding Bonds. The refunding is projected to provide average annual cash flow savings of $192,700 from 2017 to 2025 and $121,900 from 2016 to 2036, for total estimated savings of $3,074,600. It will also release the City Library as security for the bonds and lower the average interest rate from 4.28% to 2.97%. - 1. The large square in the center is a window. 2. The notch next to the elbow of the woman in the gown is where the mural wraps around the corner of the building. 3. The exterior shades compliment the aggregate stone in the existing exterior, as well the existing architecture in the area.

- The accent colors are used as way finding as well as to brighten the spaces.

- This is to illustrate where the signage will go. I realize that the signage design itself was not favored.
- Examples of community building signage. The Millenium made me think of what Jason had been looking for…the single letter as the brand.
- Some branding ideas. As discussed at Wednesday’s tour, we are putting out a survey for the community center’s name. This will circulate for a week on social media. This will be brought to the July 29th Study Session. Upon discussion with the design team, the strong recommendation is to add any other color to the signage. The addition of any color to the paint at this time would bring disharmony to the palette as a whole, requiring an entire redesign.
