Methodology for this study needs multi data
collection method as research questions
should clearly answer in the study.
The main method of research is qualitative
but with little survey and I will use different
secondary sources of information to
understand the problem and its reasons for
example I used many examples in literature
review
6. DISCUSSION OF ISSUES IDENTIFIED
Etisalat, one of the largest mobile network
service companies of the world, faced huge
problems in satisfying the customers as it
provides slow and bad service to the
customers.
The reasons of problems identified in lack
of communication is still unidentified as one
of the IT officer told in the interview that
Etisalat always try its best to solve
customer problem as soon as possible
7. RECOMMENDATIONS
Etisalat is the largest telecommunication
company of the UAE and provide mobile
networks along with internet services.
Being a largest company of the region,
Etisalat must concentrate on the issues
especially those which have directly impact
on the employees.
Customers are the most important part of
any company and if the customers are not
satisfied with the services, the company will
lead to the failure
8. CONCLUSIONS
It is concluded throughout the
study that being a largest
telecommunication company,
Etisalat should consider the
discussed issues as more
important than any other issue.
The main focus of the research
was to highlight the problems in
