Teleconference
A teleconference is an audio
meeting held over landline or
mobile phones between a host
and any number of participants
in various locations.
Host
The host is able to control the
conference using keypad
shortcuts, such as muting all
the guests as they enter the
conference.
Guest
The guests include everybody
involved in the conference
apart from the host.
Host and Guest
Codes
The host uses the Host Code
to join the conference.
The guests all use the Guest
Code to join the conference.
This access code can be
distributed to as many people
as necessary.
Web Conference
 A web conference can be
interactive (webinar), a one-
way presentation (webcast),
or a completely collaborative
environment via screen
sharing.
Webinar
A webinar is an interactive
web meeting. 
A webinar allows you to
share screens or present to
many people at the same
time. It allows you to get
feedback in real time from
your guests through polls and
Q&A sessions.
Video Conference
A video conference is a visual
meeting that occurs
using specialised hardware
including a TV, camera and
telephone. This needs to be
set up in a dedicated room
such as a boardroom or office.
