10. FRITOLE
Mix together all the ingredients except powdered sugar until you get
a smooth batter.
Scoop some batter with a teaspoon. Use a second teaspoon to ease
yourself the job of making them nice and round and dipping them
into the hot oil.
As soon as they turn golden brown, turn them on the other side and
fry them for 2-3 minutes.
Once fried, take them out and drain on a paper towel and sprinkle
them with powdered sugar.
11. MINESTRA DE BOBICI
Boil the beans, potatoes, tomato, pork meat and oil together.
In another pot boil the corn grains until the outer skin is tender.
Pass trough a mill part of the beans and corn (about one half) and mash the potatoes
using a fork.
Make a mixture by chopping together lard and garlic, then stir-fry it in oil and pour it into
the soup.
