This document provides instructions for creating three color scales that modify the qualities of hue, value, and saturation. For hue, the scale goes from one primary color on the left to a different primary color on the right by adding bits of the second color in each box. For value, the middle box is a pure primary and boxes go from light to dark on either side by adding white or black. For saturation, the scale goes from a vivid primary on the left to grey on the right by adding more grey in each box.

TASK : Create three different colour scales by modifying the three quality colours
1. Hue: Start by painting a primary colour in the left-hand side. Then keep on moving to the next box
and adding a bit of another primary primary colour. You will end in the second primary colour in the
last box (e.g. from magenta to yellow)
2. Value: Paint first the middle box with a pure primary colour. Then move to the left adding
a bit more of white and you end with the white colour in the left box. Similarly, move to
the right side and add a bit more of black. You have to end with the black colour in the
right box.
3. Saturation: Sart by painting a pure primary colour in the left-hand side box. Then keep on
adding a bit more of grey. You have to end with the grey colour in the right-hand side box.
