2. I eat it every morning to rev up my
engine for my busy day and it taste
like a fruit cobbler!
½ cup of old fashioned oatmeal
1/3 cup of low fat milk (I use soy milk)
Add fruit, cinnamon and a small amount of brown sugar (optional)
Mix and let set overnight or a couple of hours.

3. Oatmeal is low in fat and
will help keep off those
unwanted pounds.

4. Oatmeal has iron and thiamin in it.
Iron is a component of your muscles cells and aids in
energy to start your busy day.

5. If you really gave cold oatmeal
a try and you don’t like it…..
Go ahead and heat it up, either way,
it’s a great way to start your day.
