This document provides information about the vacuum system for Omni CNC routers. It describes three main parts: 1) the bakelite vacuum table with holes and sealing strips, 2) vacuum components underneath the table including pipes, connections, instruments, and manual/automatic valves, and 3) popular vacuum pump models ranging from 2.2kw pumps producing 80cbm/h to 5.5kw dry rotary pumps producing 160cbm/h. Notes are provided on component requirements for different machine sizes and recommendations for strong vacuum performance.

Omni cnc router vacuum system has 3 parts:
Part 1: Bakelite vacuum table:vacuum hole,cover,sealing strip:

1300*2500mmcnc router: 4 independent small vacuum area, each area has 3 vacuum holes,
total 12 holes.
1500*3000mm,2000*3000mm: 6 independent small vacuum area, each has 3 vacuum holes,
total 18 holes.
Omni supply 24 vacuum hole cover and 20M length sealing strip for 1325 cnc router.
Omni supply 36 vacuum hole cover and 30M length sealing strip for 1530,2030,2040 cnc
router.
