our clients. The raw materials used for production are steel,
copper flats, wires, lugs, ferrule and many others and these are

In these Departments 2 operator and 3 helpers are working the programmer makes the code and
save the programme in pendrive. The operator takes these pendrive and put in the CNC punching
machine then the operator turn on the machine and put the pendrive Then the helpers are take the
plane sheet and put in the machine. In these machine many tools or components are available. These
CNC punching is from AMADA company made by Japan.In these Machine two options are available to
read the programme 1.Pendrive (USB) 2.Barcode
currently operators are used pendrive because it is easy to operator to operate these programme.
In these processes different software are used to make the Design of punching for plane sheet. In these
industry RADAN And APTOO these two software are used to make the code

Total 4 workers are required in these department 2 operators or 2 helpers required on
these machine. These department is used to work wherever there is a need to bend in the
punched sheet from punching machine.These bending machine also AMADA company made
by Japan
The operator on this machine also work according the out body and inbody design of
the panel given by Engineer. Bending machine is complicated the comparison of punching
machine. A lot of manual work has be done in these machine
