Job Description
Provide long-term residential supports to adults with intellectual disabilities, and co-
occurring medical and/or behavioral needs.Residents are supported in developing an
individual-driven plan of care to address personalneeds and desires in areas such as
self-care,socialization, financial management, communication and mobility.
Duties may also include food preparation, hygiene assistance, or total care. Shifts are
available 7 days a week for full or part time hours. We have immediate openings in the
Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.
Qualifications
 Must have a High SchoolDiploma,
 Must have a Clean Criminal Background,
 Must have a Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
 Patient and caring attitude
 Able to lift up to 50 pounds
 Prefer1 to 2 years of experience or health care certification
 Some positions require trainings such as: Mandt, TOVA, CPI,DDS, or DDA
