The Opportunity:
Samantha was applying for a position as a Graduate Teacher in the Catholic Education System.
The position advertisement stated the following:
 Applicants must ensure compliance to a 2 page limit.
 Resumes must be submitted with 3 references including contact phone.
The Client:
Samantha did not have any previous work experience. She had focussed on her studies and achieved well.
She received strong practical placement references from her supervising teachers.
The Strategy:
 The school colour was green, hence the strong use of green in the document.
 I used a capital “A” at the start to position Samantha as an “A” teacher.
 Samantha had professional photos taken so I incorporated one into the Resume.
Samantha was based in Australia and therefore documents were prepared for the Australian market.
Note: the photo used is not Samantha, it is a stock replacement.
The Result:
Samantha is currently in the interview stage of the process.

The position advertisement stated the following:  Applicants must ensure compliance to a 2 page limit.  Resumes must be submitted with 3 references including contact phone. The Client: Samantha did not have any previous work experience. She had focussed on her studies and achieved well. She received strong practical placement references from her supervising teachers. The Strategy:  The school colour was green, hence the strong use of green in the document.  I used a capital “A” at the start to position Samantha as an “A” teacher.  Samantha had professional photos taken so I incorporated one into the Resume. Samantha was based in Australia and therefore documents were prepared for the Australian market. Note: the photo used is not Samantha, it is a stock replacement. The Result: Samantha is currently in the interview stage of the process.
