We have designed this app to make
you a more effective sales person.
Inside you will not only learn how to
use the app but to apply the Clue
Method.

Sales Method
The Success Loop
It is a loop type of self reinforcement which starts with:
• Checking how many proposals you have in each
stage
• Identifying sales stages with insufficient proposals
• Goal setting and gap analysis to see where you
need to focus on
• Lead Generation efforts to grow prospect leads and
cover gap and continue to build the pipeline
• Use email and scripting tools to successfully target
your leads with the right messages

To develop the system to better manage your
proposals you will need to enter in the app all
information which is related to:
• Contacts that you have sent offers to
• Products which are included in those offers
• Your sales goal
• Your sales scripts (optional)
• Your email templates (optional)
In this way you can build your first pipeline
What information do you need?
Lets get started!
You need to enter the contact information of all the
clients that you have sent proposals or offers to into
the ClueCRM app
Decide if:
• You want to import your contacts from the iPad
address book. Then select YES and will import
all contacts, or
• If you want to enter the contact information
manually, then select SKIP
Import your contacts
Enter the products that you intent to sell when
using the clueCRM.
• Touch on the settings wheel icon on the top
right
• Touch View Product Button
• Touch Add New Product Button
Tip: No need to enter now all your products. Only
the most active which are included in the proposals
that you have sent. You can enter more later
Enter your Products
Sort all your proposals into 3 stages
• Suspect - Those who are interested but have
not received a formal proposal / offer by you
• Prospect - Those to whom you have sent a
proposal to
• Opportunity - Those who have told you WHEN
they will buy. This means a specific day or
month in the foreseeable future (ideally next 2-
6 months)
These stages are commonly referred as the “Sales
Cycle”
Classifying your proposals and
potential clients
Tip: Import only the most relevant and actual
proposals
• Select the contact that you have sent the offer
to
• Touch button Next Step
• Touch button Proposal
• Enter the required information
• Select the proper pipeline stage based on the
definition given
Enter your Proposals
Enter the sales goal target of your business
• Touch Goal form the menu view
• Enter your target
• Enter your Target Period (Week, Month, Year)
• Enter Sales Starting Date
• Touch Set button
After you enter the required information you can
see if you have enough deals on the pipeline and
the size of the gap.
Setting your Sales Goal
Lead generation is vital to all businesses.
• Use Map Prospector to look for businesses in
your area. Simply choose the customer type
from a list of 120 segments and map them on
the app.
• If you find interesting businesses you can
import their information to the ClueCRM
address book.
• This is a feature to get you started on the
process of lead generation. Use multiple
sources for your lead generation efforts e.g.
Linkedin, etc.

Touch on the Map on the menu view
• Touch Category Search Button
• Enter Zip Code, City, State or Country
• Select the Google Category
• Touch Fetch More button (lower right) to get
more results
Using Map Prospector
In oder to help you send targeted emails and
improve your selling skills, ClueCRM offers:
• Batch email per group stage so that you can
sent tailored messages to each stage in the
sales cycle.

To enable the use of the batch email function you
need to set up your email.
• Touch the settings wheel on the top right
• Touch Accounts
• Touch Configure Email
• Enter:
• Email address
• Password
• Outgoing email (SMTP)

To include your “talking points” enter the
information in the settings
Set Call Scripts
By now you should have:
• Entered all relevant contacts in the Clue app
• Entered all products that you currently sell
• Entered all proposals and see your new
pipeline
• Set up a goal and check if you gave a gap
• Used Map Prospector or other sources to get
new leads to close the gap

Practical Example of a Targeted sales strategy
We see a gap of 15%. This means that the focus is on:
1. Moving prospects to opportunity by sending a
targeted email offer.
2. Generate more leads using Map prospector or other
tools to increase customers in stage Suspect
We have covered a lot of ground in the previous
slides. As soon as you are done inputting the
information and working for a few days with the app
touch the Funnel button. This goes into more detail
and offers strategies and tactics to improve your
pipeline and help you sell more.

  • 1. Getting Started Welcome to the ClueCRM App We have designed this app to make you a more effective sales person. Inside you will not only learn how to use the app but to apply the Clue Method. To move slides swipe left or right
  • 2. ClueCRM offers seamless back up of your data to iCloud. Make sure that you have enabled Documents & Data on iCloud! Back up your data!

  • 4. Pipeline Check: How many deals do I have in each stage? Goal Check: Are the proposals on the pipeline enough to reach my sales goal this month? Lead Check: Am I generating enough new leads to fill the pipeline and close the gap? ClueCRM 360 Sales Method The Success Loop

It is a loop type of self reinforcement which starts with: • Checking how many proposals you have in each stage • Identifying sales stages with insufficient proposals • Goal setting and gap analysis to see where you need to focus on • Lead Generation efforts to grow prospect leads and cover gap and continue to build the pipeline • Use email and scripting tools to successfully target your leads with the right messages ClueCRM 360 Sales Method
  • 7. Goal Setting Enter you goal and the period and you will see the pipeline revenue expected and the gap

To develop the system to better manage your proposals you will need to enter in the app all information which is related to: • Contacts that you have sent offers to • Products which are included in those offers • Your sales goal • Your sales scripts (optional) • Your email templates (optional) In this way you can build your first pipeline What information do you need?

You need to enter the contact information of all the clients that you have sent proposals or offers to into the ClueCRM app Decide if: • You want to import your contacts from the iPad address book. Then select YES and will import all contacts, or • If you want to enter the contact information manually, then select SKIP Import your contacts

Enter the products that you intent to sell when using the clueCRM. • Touch on the settings wheel icon on the top right • Touch View Product Button • Touch Add New Product Button Tip: No need to enter now all your products. Only the most active which are included in the proposals that you have sent. You can enter more later Enter your Products

Sort all your proposals into 3 stages • Suspect - Those who are interested but have not received a formal proposal / offer by you • Prospect - Those to whom you have sent a proposal to • Opportunity - Those who have told you WHEN they will buy. This means a specific day or month in the foreseeable future (ideally next 2- 6 months) These stages are commonly referred as the “Sales Cycle” Classifying your proposals and potential clients

Enter the sales goal target of your business • Touch Goal form the menu view • Enter your target • Enter your Target Period (Week, Month, Year) • Enter Sales Starting Date • Touch Set button After you enter the required information you can see if you have enough deals on the pipeline and the size of the gap.   • 20. Lead generation is vital to all businesses. • Use Map Prospector to look for businesses in your area. Simply choose the customer type from a list of 120 segments and map them on the app. • If you find interesting businesses you can import their information to the ClueCRM address book. • This is a feature to get you started on the process of lead generation. Use multiple sources for your lead generation efforts e.g. Linkedin, etc. Generating Leads

  • 24. In oder to help you send targeted emails and improve your selling skills, ClueCRM offers: • Batch email per group stage so that you can sent tailored messages to each stage in the sales cycle. Communication tools – ClueCRM Email Automation
