5. It is a loop type of self reinforcement which starts with:
• Checking how many proposals you have in each
stage
• Identifying sales stages with insufficient proposals
• Goal setting and gap analysis to see where you
need to focus on
• Lead Generation efforts to grow prospect leads and
cover gap and continue to build the pipeline
• Use email and scripting tools to successfully target
your leads with the right messages

8. To develop the system to better manage your
proposals you will need to enter in the app all
information which is related to:
• Contacts that you have sent offers to
• Products which are included in those offers
• Your sales goal
• Your sales scripts (optional)
• Your email templates (optional)

10. You need to enter the contact information of all the
clients that you have sent proposals or offers to into
the ClueCRM app
Decide if:
• You want to import your contacts from the iPad
address book. Then select YES and will import
all contacts, or
• If you want to enter the contact information
manually, then select SKIP

12. Enter the products that you intent to sell when
using the clueCRM.
• Touch on the settings wheel icon on the top
right
• Touch View Product Button
• Touch Add New Product Button
Tip: No need to enter now all your products. Only
the most active which are included in the proposals
that you have sent. You can enter more later

15. Sort all your proposals into 3 stages
• Suspect - Those who are interested but have
not received a formal proposal / offer by you
• Prospect - Those to whom you have sent a
proposal to
• Opportunity - Those who have told you WHEN
they will buy. This means a specific day or
month in the foreseeable future (ideally next 2-
6 months)
These stages are commonly referred as the “Sales
Cycle”

• Touch Goal form the menu view

• Enter your Target Period (Week, Month, Year)

After you enter the required information you can
see if you have enough deals on the pipeline and
the size of the gap.

20. Lead generation is vital to all businesses.
• Use Map Prospector to look for businesses in
your area. Simply choose the customer type
from a list of 120 segments and map them on
the app.
• If you find interesting businesses you can
import their information to the ClueCRM
address book.
• This is a feature to get you started on the
process of lead generation. Use multiple
sources for your lead generation efforts e.g.
Linkedin, etc.

improve your selling skills, ClueCRM offers:
• Batch email per group stage so that you can
sent tailored messages to each stage in the
sales cycle.

35. Practical Example of a Targeted sales strategy
We see a gap of 15%. This means that the focus is on:
1. Moving prospects to opportunity by sending a
targeted email offer.
2. Generate more leads using Map prospector or other
tools to increase customers in stage Suspect
36. We have covered a lot of ground in the previous
slides. As soon as you are done inputting the
information and working for a few days with the app

and offers strategies and tactics to improve your
pipeline and help you sell more.
