2. Brief and requirements
• I have been instructed by the client to create several documents to
help the company advertise its business and spread the name of the
company to more potential customers.

3. Target audience for the project
• The target audience for this project will be farmers and other people
that own a large portion of land that can be difficult to upkeep by
yourself. This audience will most likely have a great deal of money and
will be able to pay for better services which will be taken into
account.

4. Existing graphics
• The company already has existing graphics in the form of a billing
letter. The company would like to keep the text that is in the
documents similar to the text they already use so that they can all
work together effectively.

5. Logo
• The logo will be a simple text based logo using the aforementioned
text and a simple black and white colour scheme.

6. Business card
• The business card will include all of the contact information for the
business and other relevant information such as the services that are
offered by the company.

7. Resources required
• The resources that I will require to complete the project are photo
manipulation software and a camera to capture the images.

8. Budget and personnel
• The project does not have a budget as I feel that I will be able to
produce the work that is needed without having to spend money on
equipment or access to locations.
• I will also not require any other personnel to help me with the project
as I will be able to complete the camera work and creation of the
documents myself.
