Our services consist ofa repair/printing service who we call 3DRP “3D Repair and Printing”. This service provides that a trained technician comes out to the customer and assist them with any repair issues involving the product and/or any technical issues that may arise. They also will have an onsite office where the customers will be able to call in or place orders for prints onsite. ”3DRP personnel believe in the consumer, they believe in YOU”

Okay, so what you see here is the hierarchy of our job system. At the top is the regional manager which is a corporate job who is in charge of all of the stores in the region. Next is the general manager, which there will only be one of at every store. Under him are team or shift supervisors. There will always be at least 1 shift supervisor clocked in while the store is open. Under the supervisors are the general associates, which will include a couple different job positions.
So going into more detail of what all of these jobs entail, first I will start at the bottom.
For the customer service job which is a general associate position in the hierarchy some of the responsibilities are to:
run the register
stock the shelves
answer phone calls
handling of sale signs and labeling the products
The requirements include:
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
Customer service experience preferred
Effective Oral Communication Skills
Knowledge of 3D Printing a plus
Ability to work with a team
Next is the Printer Team Member which is another general associate. Responsibilities for this team member are:
Help customer scan/print whatever 3d object needed
Trained to repair basic possible printer problems
Keep track of the orders throughout the day including online orders
Trained to do anything Customer Service Team Member can do in case they are needed to run front store registers
The requirements for them are:
2+ Customer service experience
Effective Oral Communication Skills
Be able to show basic knowledge of 3d printing
Ability to work with a team
The last general associate position is the Printer Repair Team Member. Their responsibilities are:
Trained to repair most or all possible printer problems
Can help customers diagnose their own printer problems
Do home calls to repair customer printers
Now the requirements which are:
Ability to learn quickly
1+ Years’ experience with printer repair
2+ Years’ experience in Customer Service
Ability to work with a team
The printer repair team member will also be required to go through a 3 week training program to become fully accustomed with all of our printers and to become entirely trained in the diagnostic and repair of 3d printers
The next member of the team is the Team Supervisor and some of their responsibilities are:
Handle counting money at the start and end of every day
Trained in diagnostics of the printers
In charge of keeping track of current stock through system and ordering new stock
Move around products location when sent from regional managers office
the requirements for this position are:
3+ Years’ experience in Customer Service
Leadership Capabilities
Effective Oral Communication Skills
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to build relationships
The last RETAIL job is the General Manager, there will only be one for each store. The general managers responsibilities in the store are:
Handle counting money at the start and end of every day
Trained in diagnostics of the printers
In charge of keeping track of current stock through system and ordering new stock
Move around products location when sent from regional manager’s office
In charge of hiring and up keeping the store’s team
Handle Cash drop offs at the bank
Their requirements for the job are:

5+ Years’ experience in customer service
The last position for the business is the Regional Manager. This person’s responsibilities are:
Drives sales, improves margin/profitability and reduces expenses
Responsible for delivery and execution of new and ongoing sales/store events
Set the expectation, standard, and example for customer service within the region
Uses each store’s profits and customer numbers to decide the size of the team
The requirements for this position is
3+ years’ experience as a store manager or equivalent demonstrating strong customer service
Must have the ability and strive to drive the business and create a culture of great customer service and operational excellence through execution of goals and objective
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), organizational skills and strong planning
A solid understanding of the financial aspects of the retail or printing business
