The client presentation meeting discussed the pitch that was previously presented to the client, showing images and music to be included. Feedback from the client addressed budget concerns and ensuring the £4,000 allotted would be sufficient. A final point was made that the client was happy with the presentation and ideas, and looks forward to the finished video product.

1. Discuss the Pitch
The pitch was discussed in great detail with the client. As we had presented the pitch to
him we showed everything we plan to include within the video. We included images and
the music that we will be using. It is now up to us to go ahead and create the video we
proposed.
2. The Clients Feedback
When it came to the client feedback there was a lot that we discussed. These included the
budget. Our client stated that we had £4,000 and as it was being supplied by him had we
worked out how much money we’d have left and if there is no money then why. He also
stated about timings about when the deadline date will be etc and the stages we will be
going through in order to create this video. We stated this in our short report about the
Presentation.

Roger was happy with the presentation we showed him and all the ideas involved. He is
looking forward to seeing the finished product.
