The Waltz:Overview Grantor #1 makes $6.5B  challenge  grant to GMP to establish the GMP AlphaFund. GMP Alpha Fund Grantor 1 $6.5B The GMF Alpha Fund could be established in a number of ways. The Global Mandala Project is not dependent on a single Grantor establishing the GMF Alpha Fund. In lieu of one individual providing the GMF with a $6.5B challenge grant this could be done by a bank, a group of banks, Pension Funds, Schools or Universities, Municipalities etc. OR the Alpha Fund will be grown organically by challenge grants by individuals, organizations, foundations, enterprise etc. One idea I had is to leverage communities like Phillips Exeter Academy Alumni or Occidental College Alumni Associations or other like entities that have large well formed fundraising programs already in place. The GMF could serve as a portal and a CLEARINGHOUSE for these types of organizations…

First Step Challenge grants are invested in the GMF Donor Advised AlphaFund. GMP $3M $3M $3M Alpha Fund Grantor 1 Grantor 2 Grantor 3 $9M
First Step Remainder Trust funds are allocated to designated organizations. GMP Alpha Fund NPO B Omega Fund NPO A Omega Fund NPO C Omega Fund NPO B NPO A NPO C I need to clarify and elaborate here. My intention is to show that when a donor makes a challenge grant that money goes into the GMP Alpha Fund and is invested by the GMP Investment Team. Interest and gains are allocated annually to the corresponding NPO Omega Fund after GMP fees. Money that is raised to meet the challenge grant goes directly into the NPO’s Omega Fund where it is accessible to the NPO on an ongoing basis. GMP fees are reinvested and allocated accordingly by the GMP Micro Lending Partners. Not sure if Remainder Trust is the right wording.
Second Step GMP organizes peer to peer micro donation campaign with NPO to match challenge grant using the GMP fundraising portal. GMP NPO
Second Step Donor #1 makes a tax deductible $11 contribution to the Global Mandala Project: $1 to the GMF and 10 x $1 donations in the name of 10 new potential donors, designating the NPO as the recipient. GMF Donor #1 $11 NPO designates
Second Step $1 goes to operational costs. This is the dollar contribution made in Donor #1’s name. GMF Donor #1 $1 Paypal $0.39 GMF Ops $0.61

Second Step Donor #1 uploads a picture to  www.globalmandala.org  to commemorate their contribution. Donor #1
Second Step Their picture appears in the center of the streaming Mandala generator at www.globalmandala.org.
Second Step An Enlightenment Mandala Avatar with their photo at the center and their tax deductible receipt is emailed to the Donor.  Donor #1

Email asks that NPO Supporter A continue to support NPO A by making 10 tax deductible $1 donations in 10 other peoples names to NPO A and so on…
