ToWhom It May Concern,
I am writing to inform you that my child, Ian Dela Cruz, was unable to attend
school from July 15, 2024 to July 17, 2024, due to a fever. As a precautionary
measure and to facilitate recovery, we kept him at home under medical
supervision during this period.
We understand the importance of regular attendance and apologize for any
inconvenience caused by his absence. Ian is now feeling better and eager to
resume classes.
Please let us know if there are any assignments or classwork that he needs to
catch up on. We will ensure that he completes them promptly.
Thank you for your understanding and support in this matter.
Sincerely,
Jane Dela Cruz
