1. What is Discourse?
According to Pak Bo’s explanation, discourse is
a language part of community.
Why we need discourse?

To engage and along well with students in order
the students can understand the lesson well.
2. What is literature?
“ I am here to teach about how to teach
literature in the classroom’’ Pak Bo Said.
Literature is a formal treatment of subject in speech or
writing, such as dissertation (Boo,2013).
Another Definition said

Literature is a term that commonly used to refer to works
of creative imagination, including of poetry, drama,
fiction, and nonfiction.
3. Why We Need Literature?

Literature represents a language or
a people: its more that just a
historical,
because
literature
introduces us to new world
experiences ( Lombardi, 2013)

Tells about romantic movement on poetry,
commonly it tells about nature and country side.
Goals: to inspire the reader.
