- 9. 5. Be quiet when the teacher is talking in front. 6. Address teachers and peers with courtesy. 7. No personal grooming in class. 8. No cellular phones or other electronic devices are allowed.

Don’t keep on asking paper from your classmate. Bring your own. Wear your uniform with pride. Practice and prepare well for presentations.

- 12. CLASSROOM PROCEDURES WHEN YOU ENTER…. Wear your shoe mops. Greet the teacher and your classmates. Keep your cellular phones away from your hands. Take out needed materials as soon as the teacher gives instructions. WHEN YOUR TARDY Greet your teacher and classmates….
- 13. WHEN COMPLETING TASK… Follow directions the first time. Quietly raise your hand for assistance. Wait to be acknowledge. Work carefully, quickly, and quietly. Use a low voice when required.
- 14. WHEN WORKING IN A GROUP You must complete each group activity. Play your role in a group. You have the right to ask anyone else in your group for help. No talking or whispering. All of your attention should be given to the teacher. Everybody helps.
- 15. WHEN TURNING IN PAPERS Pass the paper forward. Don’t disturb the others who are still working. Being finished with your task doesn’t give you the right to do whatever you want. Behave and keep your butt on your seat. Write in blue or black ink only. Do not leave your scrap paper on the floor or insert it in the corners of your seat. Place them in your bag.
- 16. WHEN THE TIMES UP…. Remain seated Wait for instruction. Pack your bags quietly. Pick up the pieces of paper and trash on the floor. Wait to be dismissed

PENALTIES TARDINESS AND ABSENCES 1st offense – warning and documentation 2nd offense – contact parent/guardian 3rd offense – disciplinary referral WIHOUT SHOE MOPS 1st offense – warning and documentation 2nd offense – 2.00 pesos to be paid to the CT 3rd offense – 5.00 pesos that includes the succeeding offense.

PENALTIES FAILURE TO DO THE CLASSROOM RESPONSIBILITY 1st offense – warning and documentation 2nd offense – 1 box of wax 3rd offense – 1 broom that includes the succeeding offense WITHOUT SCHOOL UNIFORM 1st offense – warning and documentation 2nd offense – 2.00 pesos to be paid to the CT 3rd offense – 5.00 pesos that includes the succeeding offense.
