Background:
 In 1992 Pedro Clarós, MD PhD began his “humanitarian labor” in
INDIA as a complement to his professional activities in clinica claros
of Barcelona.
 In 1997, “Clarós Foundation” began its activities in underdeveloped
countries with the help of many others.
 In 2000 Clarós Foundation became official with registration number
G-1466 and 62,421,482 Nif
 Since then, the Clarós Foundation has traveled each year(6-8) to
several countries in Africa , Eastern Europe, and India.

Our Mission:
 The main objective of FC is to fight the profound deafness among
people in underdeveloped countries.
 Facilitate otorhinolaryngological assistance to patients with
limited financial resources.
 Since 1997, grants scholarships to young doctors emerging
countries to further their in Barcelona studies in the specialty of
Otolaryngology in Clinica Clarós in barcelona.
 Contributes with surgical material to Hospitals.
 Foments and supports the teaching of the Otorhinolaryngology
specialty through seminars and instructional courses.

Our small contribution:
 In the last 15 years we have traveled 50 times to a total of 11
countries in Eastern Europe, Africa, and India.
 We have performed over 2700 surgeries of noses,throat,ear
and 1600 tumor pathology and malformations of face and
neck.
 Donated over 32 cochlear implants.
 Adapted over 1800 hearing aids.
 Donated medical & surgical material to places where we have
made the humanitarian mission.
