The concert hall has six (6) floors. The key objective was to create a multi-functional facility allowing the variety of symphonic and other concerts, musicals, theatrical performances and fashion shows to be organized. 4. Classic red bricks
recall the old town
streetscape and
ancient buildings’
facades.
MATERIALS
White concrete
represents
contemporary
architecture.
The designer has reinterpreted the city’s
history by blending the modern brick and
concrete design into city’s historical
architecture.
Picado
is a mix of concrete and upcycled
reclaimed red bricks from local factory.
It allows excellent acoustics results –
tested and certified by the Spanish and
Polish Building Research Institute. It
allows us a kind of diffusion (the sound
level remains relatively constant).

10.  It is characterized by a e great flexibility- ended up being a space for all
kinds of concerts and events.
 The theatre space is able to adapt easily to different capacities- join two
rooms to act as a main theatre by moving its walls and changing the number
of the easily removable seats.
 The interior will house a performance stage fitted with an orchestra pit, a
stage with 880 seats and outdoor stage with 330 seats – to fuse into one.
 “A Sponge”, which expands and contracts at will.

lowering five large white
concrete shells, known as
Cupolas, to the vary the
reverberation times between
1.85 and 1.3 seconds.

symphonic music

adjust by up to six meters for
different acoustics.
