A good society is the result of individual, group and
collective management processes used by citizens in a
collectivity that mainly facilitate both the development of
our fellow citizens and the functioning of our collectivities.

3. What is a good citizen?
(« Societological » Definition)
A good citizen is thus one who used efficiently and wisely, societies’
resources to develop:
communicatively culturally
emotionally financially
intellectually ludically
mentally morally
organizationally physically
psychologically socially
And become autonomous, while using his own resources to help others
citizens, usually his family, including his children, brothers and sisters and
parents and close friends to use efficiently the resources of these societies so
they can also develop and become autonomous.

4. What is a good influencing citizen?
A good citizen influencer is above all a good citizen who has received the
privilege of his fellow citizens to be heard. This privilege allows him to try to
influence them.
He must use that power carefully to help:
the citizens to develop culturally, emotionally, financially,
intellectually, mentally, morally, organizationally, physically, playfully,
psychologically and socially
to facilitate a harmonious and balanced coexistance between
citizens.
To facilitate the functioning of the collectivities he is part of.

5. What is a good chief citizen?
A good chief citizen is primarily a good citizen who received from his fellow
citizens the double privilege of being heard and listened to. These privileges
allows him not only to influence them, but also to get them to take action.
He must use that power carefully to help:
the citizens to develop culturally, emotionally, financially,
intellectually, mentally, morally, organizationally, physically, playfully,
psychologically and socially
to facilitate a harmonious and balanced coexistance between
citizens.
To facilitate the functioning of the collectivities he is part of.

6. What is a good decision-making citizen ?
A good decision-making citizen is above all a good citizen
who has received permission to lead an organization or
part of an organization.
This permission allows him to use societal resources to
achieve goals that he identified himself, or together with
other officers.
He should use these resources wisely and efficiently,
taking into consideration that they are not his resources
but that of the societiy he is part of, and this, even if it is
his organization that pays covers the cost.

7. What is a good managing citizen?
A good managing citizen is above all a good citizen, who
has received permission to manage part of an
organization.
Consequently, he has to use societal resources to
accomplish the tasks assigned by a superior.
He should use these resources wisely and efficiently,
taking into account that these are not his resources, but
societies resources, even if his salary and the resources
are paid by his employer and not by society.
