  rules	
  
It is forbidden to:
²  Cut or fold your race bib.
²  Get help from a third party.
²  Obtain supplies from anywhere outside
the official energy stations.
SWIM rules
²  You are recommended not to swim with
your race bib on.
²  The wetsuit must be dropped off at the
Transition Area.
²  It is forbidden to use any special
equipment.
BIKE rules
²  Drafting is forbidden.
²  The helmet must be worn at all
times, with the strap fastened properly.
²  The race bib must be worn and
clearly visible on the lower back.
²  You must comply with the highway code.
²  Stay on the right-hand side of the road. Do not cut
corners.
²  Escorts (car, motorbike, bicycle, etc.) are not
permitted.
No Drafting
²  The distance between two athletes (Drafting zone)
is 3m wide and 7m long, (front tyre to rear tyre)
²  If you enter this zone,
you will receive a black card.
²  You will have to do a penalty lap (for L)
or go to the penalty box on your return to the
Transition area (for M)
²  If you do not serve your penalty, you will be
disqualified!

    General  rules   Itis forbidden to: ²  Cut or fold your race bib. ²  Get help from a third party. ²  Obtain supplies from anywhere outside the official energy stations.

    SWIM rules ²  Youare recommended not to swim with your race bib on. ²  The wetsuit must be dropped off at the Transition Area. ²  It is forbidden to use any special equipment.

    BIKE rules ²  Draftingis forbidden. ²  The helmet must be worn at all times, with the strap fastened properly. ²  The race bib must be worn and clearly visible on the lower back. ²  You must comply with the highway code. ²  Stay on the right-hand side of the road. Do not cut corners. ²  Escorts (car, motorbike, bicycle, etc.) are not permitted.

    No Drafting ²  Thedistance between two athletes (Drafting zone) is 3m wide and 7m long, (front tyre to rear tyre) ²  If you enter this zone, you will receive a black card. ²  You will have to do a penalty lap (for L) or go to the penalty box on your return to the Transition area (for M) ²  If you do not serve your penalty, you will be disqualified!

    Penalties/Cards =  warning  (to  move  out  of  the  draYing   zone)     =  3  minutes  in  the  penalty  box  or  1  lap     =  6  minutes  in  the  penalty  box  or  2  laps     =  disqualifica8on                  =

    RUN rules ²  Wearyour race bib clearly on your front. ²  You may not run with your torso uncovered. ²  Escorts (bicycle, roller-skates, runner, etc.) and assistance are not permitted.

    General rules The referees'decision is final. Otherwise: Claims must be submitted to an official race referee, in writing, before 5pm on the day of the race and accompanied by a claim tax of €50.
