- 4. Circulation pattern inthe banquet/function hall are separated from the main hotel lobby to avoid the conflict in assisting accommodating guest. Also to avoid joining the accommodating guest from non hotel resident. In some cases there are group of hotel guest that arrived for a conference or a business activity or meeting (e.g. Team building, seminar, meetings). There are cases that upon arrival, they go directly to the designated function room before going into their designated/assigned room.
