Profile:
Stephanie Stewart is a busy 23 year-old
university student who regularly uses

blog articles and keep up with family and
friends. Recently, Stephanie started an
astronomy class as an elective course and has
become increasingly interested in space
exploration. She has started following NASA’s
Facebook and Instagram pages so that she
can learn more.
Problems:
● Content isn’t regularly posted on either
page
● Most posts aren’t educational, but
promotional and Stephanie does not enjoy
being subjected to endless promotions.
