Drive by Inspections.
We can do a visual confirmation of property occupancy by driving by the property and confirming that there is
evidence of occupancy. We look for the “lived-in” look, such as personal property in the yard, vehicles in the
driveway, curtains in the windows and personal property inside.
Occupancy Inspections.
perform an inspection that confirms property occupancy either by contacting the occupant or contacting a close
neighbor to confirm that the property is occupied. An examination of the electric meter to determine if there is
electricity being used at the location is also considered confirmation. These activities, coupled with the
observations required for a normal drive-by inspection, is normally enough to confirm occupancy.
Property Condition Inspections.
A property condition inspection can be one of many types. Brewer Field Service can perform any degree of
inspection from a complete HUD Housing Quality Standard (HQS) Inspection to a quick visual walk through to
determine the general condition of the property.
