Mobile Teams, YWAM Bogota is an evangelistic ministry in Colombia that has been providing humanitarian aid programs for 15 years, including Christmas programs for refugee families who have never received help before. They hope to win people to the Lord and help them practically so they can be productive. In their most recent Christmas programs, they distributed over 1,600 gifts to children between ages 0-15 and 74 gifts to youth. For many of the children, it was the first Christmas gift they had ever received. The ministry aims to support those in need through humanitarian aid and sharing the gospel.

QUIBDO, CHOCO
With your support and that of our
volunteers, we were able to
distribute 558 gifts to children
between 0 and 15 years of age
and 74 youth.
Even some of our volunteers
were benefitted.
The majority of the gifts cost
between$12 and $30 USD.
With the individual gifts we tried
to include articles for personal
hygiene, clothes, schools
supplies and toys.
AMAZON
With the help of several people, we were able to
send 350 gifts that mostly went to children of the
Ticuna and Yaguas Mayuruma tribe, some 3-4
hours from the jungle city of Leticia.
BOGOTA
This time we distributed 356 gifts to
children in Bolivar City, Juan XXIII & San
Luis. For logistical reasons an equal
amount of gifts were set aside for later
delivery in places with great need.

A Plate of Food Makes a
Difference
In several places children came to
our program without having eaten,
but it is incredible how we have
also recieved donations to prepare
and give out meals and snacks for
all of the participants. They have
even thanked us with tears.
Children, youth and adults are all
fed, no one is left out and no one
is discriminated against. Everyone
is blessed!
Christmas Baskets
Many families literally have nothing to eat
at Christmas or any gifts to give their
children. Lack of jobs, little money,
extreme poverty causes people to spend
this season with a lot of anxiety,
hopelessness and pain.
These provisions that we have taken
become an incentive for the most needy.
Sadly we cannot touch all the needs of the
thousands of families in our nation.

Why do we do it?
A few years ago we heard about
a recruitment strategy used by
terrorist groups that caused us
great pain. They would use a
gift, candy and toy guns were
their principal strategy to buy the
minds and damage the hearts of
their victims
Today we want to take children a
gift, teach them to respect life, to
do good and that way become a
new generation that loves God
and their fellowman.

out these Evangelistic &
Humanitarian Programs and
we are quite willing to
