Assisting in management accounts, including various activities such as; yearly budget, gross profit
analysis per month & annum, individual customer analysis, P11D related information (Mileage & travel
expenditure analysis), Tangible assets register creation, maintenance & analysis.
Responsible for maintaining our accounts payable ledger and paying suppliers and keeping up a good
relationship with them.
Responsible for presenting our weekly bank transactions & reconciliation's through HSBC & our accounting
software SAP Business ByDesign, ultimately providing accurate and useful information for our monthly

Extensive use of our accounting software SAP Business ByDesign, which reports regularly are created
from in order to aid in our weekly & monthly analysis and to exercise any necessary changes or
transactions.
Regularly reviewing operations with the Financial Controller in order to maximise workload efficiency and

Assisting the direct sales team, marketing and directors for various reports or actions in SAP Business
ByDesign in order to support in house operations. Inter-company support around various departments
