1 COLOSSIANS 1:15-18
     15 Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation.
 16 for through him God created everything in the heavenly and on earth. Everything was created through him and for him.
 17 He existed before anything he holds all creation together.
 18 Christ is also the head of the church which is his body. He is the supreme over all who rise from the dead. (NLT)

•Where is Jesus now? Some of you ask where is Jesus? It is IN YOU! If you are a born-again Believer, you have Jesus in you.
You are to copy Jesus-his actions, his behavior, his mercy, his love, his forgiveness and all other attributes. You are to reflect
Jesus in yourself. If you do not reflect Jesus, you will show the opposite behavior which is like Satan’s behavior. The
Colossians verse is important because it tells you that we have seen Jesus and He is Lord of all.
• Everything was created through Him and for Him. Therefore, you must obey and follow Him. If you don’t want to, then you
have chosen to rebel against Him and to leave His ways.
•Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. The word “existed before anything” in verse 17 is important. It tells us that Jesus existed before
anything was created. Remember that Jesus says “He is the same, yesterday today and in the future”. If you follow Christ and
His teachings, you will be able to answer other people’s questions about God. If you don’t know, you can say that you will
check and get back to you or ask to look at Bible together to find it. You have tools to use: the Bible, commentaries and/or the
concordance among other things. If you are not following Christ, you will be weak and flip-flop. You won’t be able to answer
other people’s questions about God. If people continue to argue with you with “ifs and buts”, then stop and pray for them and
pray for more guidance from God.
•Christ is also the head of the church. Of this TCC building, who is the head? Jesus. The Church is his body- the church
meaning Christian/born again believers. You’re important in the church because you are part of the God’s body. You have a
vital role in the church that can affect how the church progresses. God is supreme over all- this means he is authority over all
the earth, over all denominations, cultures, beliefs, ethnicities, and etc. Be honored to work for Him. If you are not sure you are
ready to work for him, pray, and others ought to pray for you.
PATEROLOGY

 is the study of God and His attributes. Paterology comes from two Greek words which
mean "father" and "word" - which combine to mean "the study of the Father.
     

 God's OMNIPRESENCE, OMNISCIENCE, OMNIPOTENCE, and eternality. It teaches us
about who God is and what He does. And focuses on how God the Father is distinct
from God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

 Tim signed the above points. Of the above points, Tim encourages that you start
studying the Bible and memorizing verses. This will equip you to reach out to other
people. It will also enable you to become stronger in Christ and more faithful. The 3
O’s are important in knowing and understanding God.
THREE O’S
 God is omniscient or "knows all things” (Acts 15:18; 1 John 3:20).

 God is omnipotent or "all powerful" (Psalm 115:3; Revelation 19:6).

 God is omnipresent or "present everywhere" (Jeremiah 23:23, 24; Psalm 139).

•The first point is awesome. God knows everything- when you will get a new or a better job. That is amazing
and you better pay attention. For example, people think the world will end soon even though we know the
Bible says there is no date but still we should realize how short time is. God knows everything, including
when the world will end. We should be ready to bring the lost to Christ and be ready to serve Him. Take the
hourglass for example, there is sand in it. You turn it upside down to start over-that’s like most of us everyday.
Don’t waste your time doing that-being glad that you’re alive for another day. There are people lost out there
that needs us to serve him.
• Second point: God is all powerful which means God can stop the earth from rotation. What happens when
the Earth stops rotating? We die. God decides when the sun rises and the moon rises, and how things work
out. God controls time and the rhythm of everyday life. Imagine that. God knows all things and it is in His
power. When you rebel against that, try. You will face consequences-fall into sin, confusion, chaos and etc.
You will face God. With war and natural disasters, it is awful when we see it happen but that is small
compared to what God will do when the end comes.
•Third point: God is everywhere. He is far, he is close by, he is next to you. Some days he is carrying you
while you are out in the world. When God is with you, The Devil chases you-he wants you to slow down so he
can catch you. But God is with you.
CHRISTOLOGY
 is the study of the Person and work of Jesus Christ. The word comes from two Greek words meaning
"Christ / Messiah" and "word" - which combine to mean "the study of Christ.

 A Biblical understanding of Jesus Christ is crucial to our salvation. It helps us to understand the
significance of the deity of Christ. It demonstrates why Jesus is the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

 Teaches us that Jesus had to be man so that He could die - and had to be God so that His death
would pay for our sins. Understanding of who Jesus Christ is and what He accomplished.

•Jesus was on Earth for a purpose. What was His purpose? You need to know it by studying
about Jesus. What can you study? The Bible. That is what this (Christology) means. Be ready to
answer people that will ask you about Christ!
ISAIAH 9:6
 6 For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he
    will be called:
     Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (NLT)

Isaiah is in the Old Testament. Jesus did not exist during that time in human form.
During the Old Testament, it was all from God and his teachings. It was until about 700
years later that God put himself on earth in human form as Jesus. Jesus had a
purpose-He was prepared to die on Earth so during His time, He ministered to many
people, including the non-Jewish. Now back to the verse. Of all governments wars and
laws, who is in authority? Jesus. The verse tells us “the government will rest on his
shoulders”. When he comes, everyone will look up to him and bow down. Currently,
Muslims do that-the bow down to the North but when Jesus comes they will turn to
Jesus and bow to him instead. That is amazing. That’s why Tim loves Muslims
because he knows they will bow down to Jesus one day. We must still love others
because when Jesus comes, we will see them turn to God. Why quarrel?
PNEUMATOLOGY
 is the study of God the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity. The word comes from two Greek
words which mean "wind, air, spirit" and "word" - combining to mean "the study of the Holy Spirit."
 We come face to face with the third Person of the trinity, God himself in spirit, and we see His
very personal and intimate ministry to us. Through His, God’s love.
 Helps us to understand these issues and recognize the Biblical roles of the Holy Spirit in our lives
    today.

•Where is Jesus now? On the right seat of the Father! But how do we communicate with Jesus?
Through prayer, study and the Holy Spirit. Depend on the bible (the epistles), fellowship, church or
bible study or retreats etc etc. Continue to study God’s word to discover His plans for you. Who will
take care of you through it all? The Holy Spirit will become your conscience and conviction. He will
stop you from falling and warn you of danger. If you are stubborn and don’t listen to the Holy Spirit,
then you will fall. It is better to obey the Holy Spirit-that is God communicating to you. If the Holy Spirit
shows or tells you something, OBEY! Anyone that rebels the holy Spirit before? If you say never,
BALONEY. That is your pride talking. We have all ignored the Holy Spirit before.
•You must practice LOVE. you must love the Lord your God first and love others. If you have not Love,
you have nothing. If you do not love, you do not have a relationship with God. Some of you think “ugh”
I have to love everyone. But don’t feel this way-this is in your heart through God. If you struggle with
love, talk with God and continue to work on it. If your marriage doesn’t work, if you had an abortion, or
have family, friends or money problems, You must turn to God and converse with him through study
of His Word, prayer and and He will work through you to help you LOVE. Love is the air we breathe.
JOHN 16:5-8
5 “But now I am going away to the One who sent me, and not one of you is asking where I am going.
6 Instead, you grieve because of what I’ve told you.
7 But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go
away, then I will send him to you.
8 And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the
     coming judgment. (NLT)

 • This verse is about Jesus warning the disciples about what will happen after Jesus’
resurrection and His departure. The 11 disciples were scared, upset and angry about Jesus
leaving. They were wit him everyday for 3 years. That is the main difference between the 11
disciples and us. But back to the 3 O’s, Jesus was with them physically in all 3 ways. Still now,
we have Jesus the same way in all 3 O’s. If you have Jesus and hold on to Him, you will
increase in your faith and your works. You cannot do anything without Jesus and his 3 O’s, what
happens? You will fail. Wherever you go, you must pack the Bible with you. The Bible is your
 tool.
LORD’S SUPPER
    1 CORINTHIANS 11
 24 When He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take,
eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in
    remembrance of Me."
 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper,
saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do,
as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."
 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you
proclaim the Lord's death till He come
 27 Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of
the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body
    and blood of the Lord.
 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the
bread and drink of the cup.
