Ships.
Contacting vendors and companies for their recommended 2 year operational spare parts
list;
Working closely with the relevant personnel identifying actual requirements;
Ordering finalized list from vendors;
Keeping accurate records of costs and spares ordered;
Entering all spare parts into the MAXIMO stores system after identifying Group
commodity codes (SFI) numbers and criticality;
Assisting operations management with budget control and prioritizing critical /long lead
equipment required for immediate purchase;
Establishing a virtual warehouse in Singapore on shore storage facilities to receive and
allocate locations of spare parts as they arrive for the rig, prior to the ship arriving for
loading in Singapore;
Training of personnel in MAXIMO and the receipt and storage of this equipment on shore.
Joining the Drill Ships once they arrived in Singapore to supervise the loading and
storage of all operational spare parts. Once the first Drill Ship is complete to resume
exact operations for the next 2 new build Drill Ships.

list;
Working closely with the relevant personnel identifying actual requirements;
Ordering finalized list from vendors;
Keeping accurate records of costs and spares ordered;
Entering all spare parts into the MAXIMO stores system after identifying Group
commodity codes (SFI) numbers;
Updating and improving the Basic MAXIMO stores module working with a third party IT
Company;
Assisting operations and Supply Chain management with budget control and prioritizing
critical /long lead equipment required for immediate purchase;
Stand in for Supply Chain Manager during holiday and Leave periods;
Working with ODL in Aberdeen to identify commodity codes so they could link the spare
parts with work orders and maintenance programs;
Travel to China/Brazil to establish on shore storage facilities to accommodate spare parts
