Leader over the Music/Movie Break Pack department at the Target Distribution Center T594.

Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated Company Capstone Project: Consultant Fall 2015-Current
Collaborating with other Senior Supply Chain management students in order to understand current
metric communication process, and improve it by creating more engaging visual communications
 Creating process maps understanding how all performance, safety, and financial metrics are
collected, calculated, and communicated.
 Communicating regularly with Coke Vice Presidents and Leadership on conference calls to
clarify processes and provide updates on project progress.
Akebono Brake Corporation Class Project: Consultant Fall 2014
Worked with the Akebono Brake Manufacturing plant to find ways my team could improve their
production and improve safety in their manufacturing plant.
 Traveled to plant for the purpose of seeing and observing the process firsthand to gain
understanding.
 Collected data about processing times and flow routes to demonstrate areas for improvement.
 Used DMAIC tools to analyze and make recommendations to save on time, space, and safety.
