2. Portraits taken with aperture f/8, ISO 1600, Shutter speed ¼
Manual focus.
These pictures were taken with no
particular theme or intention, but to be
useful to any kind of context within the
magazine.
3. Landscapes taken with aperture f/8, ISO 3200, Shutter speed 1/8
Manual focus.
These two were taken to get a front cover related to music. I got a
model with earphones to crouch down and look at their phone so
the front cover would be relevant to the audience.
4. Landscapes taken with aperture f/12, ISO 3200, Shutter speed 1/2
Manual focus set out of focus to achieve larger dots of light.
These pictures were taken to get a background
featuring mainly darkness but also light. Due to the
lights being very small and these pictures being taken
for the purpose of a background, I adjusted the focus
to blur everything and increase the size of the dots of
light.

close for largest possible lights
I took these two pictures to experiment with
large amounts of light. The one on the left is
of a moving bus. I took it because it creates
the effect of light streaks and has a variation
of colour.
The picture on the left is of streetlamps and
taillights. I took it to fill up the scene as much
as possible with bright lights during night
time.
