the bourguignon variation of fondue (beef cubes cooked in hot oil) and, in 1964, it is
said that he subsequently developed the chocolate variation as a dessert fondue.
Credit has also been given to the Madison Avenue marketing efforts on behalf of
Toblerone Swiss Chocolate in the 1950s. The Mayans could also claim credit for
inventing chocolate fondue, since chocolate was first served in their pots as a

What are the general requirements for a potential C&C
Franchisee?
C&C is actively seeking highly qualified individuals to become Master Franchisees.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred and recommended but is not
mandatory. We will take into consideration prior business experience, financial
qualifications, motivation and a track record of personal success as important
factors in our evaluation process. Because we want our Franchisees to succeed, we
offer and require all Franchisees to complete a comprehensive training program.
