The problem of managing the R&D sector sustainability in Russia is of particular
relevance in terms of scaling external and internal challenges faced by the country. Such
challenges require an even greater intensification of the efforts to solve the problems
accumulated in Russian economy and innovation system and associated with the state
transition to new technological way. A key criterion of R&D sector competitive
sustainability is the creation of practice-oriented and relevant results of intellectual
activity. Correlation analysis of innovative activity indicators in developed countries over
the 2007-2015 revealed a pattern of two-fold excess of export licenses over the amount of
public investment in science. This dependence is crucial in the study of competitive
sustainability within R&D sector. The method of assessing the efficiency of public
spending on R&D, including an analysis of the dynamics of the growth rate of
performance indicators and their financing in case of R&D completed in the period is
proposed as the main management tool of R&D sector competitive sustainability.

presented, rather than recent research results. Driving forces in PD are: Technology, Market and Society.
Ecological, economic and social sustainability require recycling, reuse, energy conservation and new business
concepts. Customization is carried out by modular architecture, combining customer specific products with
volume production of components and sub-systems. PD integrates âhardâ properties (engineering), with âsoftâ
properties (industrial design). Fundamental PD characteristics are: Iteration, Integration (technical and
organizational), and Innovation. Globally distributed industrial partners co-operate using Internet. Iteration:
modeling/simulation, virtual prototyping and additive manufacturing speed up process loops. Structured PD:
Initial specification of âwhatâ â functional requirements, then âhowâ - generation of design solutions.
Interdependencies analysis is important to simplify the productÂŽs structure. The V-model for specification and
verification is commonly used. A 3-stage industrial process separates strategy, core technology development, and
product design for market introduction.

China silicon carbide industry report, 2016 2020ResearchInChina
Â
Since China's silicon carbide export quota was abolished, Chinaâs silicon carbide export volume grew rapidly during 2013-2014, and tended to stabilize during 2015-2016. In 2016, Chinaâs silicon carbide exports came to 321,500 tons, up 2.1% year on year; wherein, Ningxiaâs export volume amounted to 111,900 tons, accounting for 34.9% of the total exports and acting as a main silicon carbide exporter in China.
As China's silicon carbide products are mainly low-end preliminarily processed products with moderate added value, the average price gap between export and import is enormous. In 2016, China's silicon carbide exports had the average price at USD0.9 / kg, less than 1/4 of the import average price (USD4.3 / kg).

Supply chain management in indian automotive industry complexities, challeng...ijmvsc
Â
The Indian automotive industry, comprising vehicle and component manufacturers, has grown steadily
since the economic liberalization of the early 1990âs. The arrival of major global auto companies has
galvanised the domestic sector into adopting Supply Chain best practices. This has enhanced
competitiveness leading to a quantum growth in exports. However, the Indian automotive industry has to
operate in an unique environment further posing challenges to the already complex automobile supply
chain. Therefore, a need is felt to continually study supply chain practices in this sector from a
contemporary, practitionerâs viewpoint in order to identify key factors of differentiation which would
ultimately provide competitive advantage. This paper seeks to understand the present status, complexities
and challenges facing the Indian automobile sector. It examines trends such as visibility and innovation,
collaboration and supply networks and evolving leadership roles impacting supply chain effectiveness.
Strategies for overcoming challenges are presented as also a framework for further study and analysis.

Application of Statistical Quality Tools in the Root Cause Analysis of Indust...AM Publications
Â
The primary objective of this paper is to define and illustrate several quality issues that are commonly faced by the automotive sector in India, and offer potential corrective measures to these problems using specific statistical quality control tools. While the organised automotive sector has been highly successful over the past two decades, advancement and improvement in the automotive sector have been hindered by a variety of issues related to the quality of their products and services. This sector is crucial to the development of the Indian economy and plays an instrumental role in the supply chain of the major players in the industry. The paper provides a comprehensive review and illustration of the causes attributed to the inefficiency of the sector, and potential solutions to these issues, thereby enabling them to ascend to the standards of organised service sectors.
As the business environment has become incredible change and more fierce competition and complexity, the most exciting volatile times in human history, every organization should effectively analyze and predict accurately the changing environment in which it operates and formulate strategy to success.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Â
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
