ABOUT US The Ugta Suraj Foundation is an NGO (Trust) in Delhi in India. Our organization strives to provide school uniform and healthy food to needy children. Since 2019, Ugta Suraj Foundation has been concerting all its efforts towards providing fresh and nutritious meals to needy children and their families in urban cluster areas. We are continuously appreciate others NGOs who are contributing their efforts to the welfare of the society and also make the Corona Warriors certificates and encourage for more efforts. Our organization is working various sectors like Women Development & Empowerment, Sanitation of Water Drinking, Swach Bharat abhiyan, Mosquito Fogging, Environment, Legal Awareness &Aid, Right to Information & Advocacy, Science and technology, Art & Culture, Disaster management. Ugta Suraj Foundation always raises voice for needy people in tough time during Covid – 19 when all world facing problems on that time our organization providing face mask, Sanitization, awareness of govt. rules and regulations, arranging ambulances for dead bodies, arrange and guide for oxygen cylinder, as per govt. rules. Our non government organization always connected with social activities. The Aims and objects To take necessary steps for procuring contribution to the funds of the Association in the form of donations, subscription etc. We take necessary step for obtaining the Income Tax Exemption certificate under section 80 – G, 12 A or any other provision of Income Tax Act 1961 from the Income Tax Department and 35 Ac , 35 – I , II , III , FCRA etc. For fulfil the objectives of the society. RULES & REGULATIONS The members of Ugta Suraj Foundation are working on voluntary basis and no payment is given to them. Membership is non-refundable and once the payment is made it is non- refundable. Any kind of misbehavior or misconduct may result in rejection of membership of USF. USF will not be responsible for any misuse of identity card issued to the Member during the course of their Membership with USF. On expiry, the identity card must be submitted to the Nation office. After expiry, renewal is a must for regular membership. In case of loss of the identity card, inform the Head office in writing along with the F.I.R. immediately. All USF members should contact their respective Ares committee / Sate committee / National committee. Office in a month compulsory. Strict action will be taken against the member, if found guilty floating the rules and regulations of USF. If you have any doubt then contact us. To promote friendly and good neighbourhood relations amongst the residents, co-operation among interpersonal relationships well as external collective representation of Association within ambit of Ugta Suraj Foundation , Human Welfare.
