He discussed that diseases form from repressed energies and beliefs, and the body has great self-healing power. His approach involves consciously recognizing and clarifying oneself, emotionally releasing, finding one's value, and maximizing joy. He provided examples of cancer patients who healed themselves by changing their beliefs and taking action in their lives.
