The survey of 158 UT students found that awareness of Kick Stand bike services was generally low. Only 49% were aware of Kick Stand benefits, 21% were aware of bike registration benefits, and 13% were aware of the bike locker service. Just 34% knew about purchasing accessories at garages. 38% were familiar with the Orange Bike Project. Banking Sector in Rural India - Challenges and OpportunitiesAkshay Panwar
This dissertation examines the situation of the Banking Sector in Rural India through studying the obstacles and bottlenecks that have caused underdevelopment of banking services and products in rural Indian areas. Contrary popular belief lack of capital to invest for improving banking is not only the reason why the sector is underdeveloped. Banking has been affected by challenges such as technology displacement and radical innovation of technology, vast demographic of India, lack of liquidity, lack of services understanding amongst customers, weak policies and the unwillingness of talented bank employees to work in rural India.
As a result, it is going to take time, investments, overall development of villages and introduction of innovative schemes and policies to change the state of banking in Rural India. There have been several research papers published and survey groups that have tried to explore Rural Banking but the market and economy keeps constantly changing alongside a
lot more about Rural Banking yet to be explored.
We took the above variables in account and developed a theoretical framework containing the dependent and independent variables along with the null and alternate hypotheses that had to be proved true or false depending upon the data collection.
We prepared two questionnaires targeted to Bankers and customers in Rural India to get perspectives and insights from the service providers and from users. Stratified sampling was
used to gather appropriate data.
The data collected was analysed using the SPSS software for which a set of analysis techniques were applied and the data was interpreted which helped in proving the corresponding null or alternate hypotheses true as per the requirement of the research.

Steps to improve customer experience

In today’s day and world customer feedbacks and keeping them satisfied are very important. Companies succeed only if they have a satisfied customer. If customers are unhappy, they won't just leave you, but will leave you for one of your competitors.(Sukhrah, 2017).To make sure your company is keeping customers happy, appreciate their feedback and listen/address their concerns. Even if their concerns are not getting addressed make it a point they see your effort towards it or they are being rewarded with something more valuable and better. Keeping customer service available all the time and on customer’s finger tips is very important these days Response times can play a large role in customer satisfaction and this is arguably the biggest contributor to customer retention. (Sukhrah, 2017).
Time to resolution is the average time it takes customer service reps to resolve an issue for a customer. The less the time it takes for a customer to resolve an issue the happier the customer is and not frustrated with the process. (Hotjar, 2020). Consistency plays a key role as well for customer experience. These days there are more than 3 channels to help with customer experience. Having Omni channel support where they get efficient and effective support is important. Omni channel support is a modern way to move from an email service to phone call effectively. (Boeckelman, 2018). Care should be taken that a customer doesn’t waste time again in explaining what issue he is facing when shifting from email service to phone call. Tracking all this information is important for customer experience.
These days you can engage your customers through smart phones. Everyone carries smart phones. Having mobile applications helps customers to buy stuff whenever they want. Building application where they can track or complain about the stuff is an important feature. It’s always essential to innovate your mobile application to keep customers engaged and happy. To achieve this you need to create customer focused content. For example Seven – 11 stores had built a seven – 11 mobile app where they had introduced few Virtual reality games in the app for free, these games could be played only inside the store. This innovation drove more customers to go to seven-11 store. This led to happy customers. Such innovation in APPS not only makes customers happy but also drives business. (Locker, 2018)

A high-Speed Communication System is based on the Design of a Bi-NoC Router, ...DharmaBanothu
The Network on Chip (NoC) has emerged as an effective
solution for intercommunication infrastructure within System on
Chip (SoC) designs, overcoming the limitations of traditional
methods that face significant bottlenecks. However, the complexity
of NoC design presents numerous challenges related to
performance metrics such as scalability, latency, power
consumption, and signal integrity. This project addresses the
issues within the router's memory unit and proposes an enhanced
memory structure. To achieve efficient data transfer, FIFO buffers
are implemented in distributed RAM and virtual channels for
FPGA-based NoC. The project introduces advanced FIFO-based
memory units within the NoC router, assessing their performance
in a Bi-directional NoC (Bi-NoC) configuration. The primary
objective is to reduce the router's workload while enhancing the
FIFO internal structure. To further improve data transfer speed,
a Bi-NoC with a self-configurable intercommunication channel is
suggested. Simulation and synthesis results demonstrate
guaranteed throughput, predictable latency, and equitable
network access, showing significant improvement over previous
designs

Particle Swarm Optimization–Long Short-Term Memory based Channel Estimation with Hybrid Beam Forming Power Transfer in WSN-IoT Applications
Authors
Reginald Jude Sixtus J and Tamilarasi Muthu, Puducherry Technological University, India
Abstract
Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) helps to overcome various difficulties in future technology wireless communications. NOMA, when utilized with millimeter wave multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, channel estimation becomes extremely difficult. For reaping the benefits of the NOMA and mm-Wave combination, effective channel estimation is required. In this paper, we propose an enhanced particle swarm optimization based long short-term memory estimator network (PSOLSTMEstNet), which is a neural network model that can be employed to forecast the bandwidth required in the mm-Wave MIMO network. The prime advantage of the LSTM is that it has the capability of dynamically adapting to the functioning pattern of fluctuating channel state. The LSTM stage with adaptive coding and modulation enhances the BER.PSO algorithm is employed to optimize input weights of LSTM network. The modified algorithm splits the power by channel condition of every single user. Participants will be first sorted into distinct groups depending upon respective channel conditions, using a hybrid beamforming approach. The network characteristics are fine-estimated using PSO-LSTMEstNet after a rough approximation of channels parameters derived from the received data.

Dear Sir,
Subject: A report on the reasons and solutions of the labor’s dissatisfaction at our
industry.
2. BE, GTU, Sem-3 Subject: ETC

Introduction:
In the last meeting of Board of directors dated on March 15, 2017, I was given the task
to carry out an investigation and thereby to find out probable reasons and solutions of
the labor’s dissatisfaction at our industry. Here, I present my report on the reasons and
solutions of the labor’s dissatisfaction at our industry.
Procedure:
In order to have the detailed idea of the matter I interviewed the labors working in
various departments and discussed their problems in detail. I also talked at length with
the leader of their union. After my discussion and analysis I have found following causes.
Reasons:
1. The first cause of their dissatisfaction is their low pay scale. The rise in basic
cost of living has been increased and therefore, they are demanding 30% rise in their
salary.
2. Annual bonus is the second reason for the unrest among them. They are not happy
with the bonus we are giving to them. Labors are getting 10% bonus annually and other
employees are getting 20% annual bonus. They insist that percentage of bonus must be
equal among all the employees.
3. They are currently not getting the benefits of gratuity, provident fund and
pension scheme. They want our company to provide such benefits.
4. Mistreatment from the officers is also a matter of complaint for them. Workers
expect humanly treatment from their seniors.
As mentioned in the final ultimatum given by labor’s union, they will go on an indefinite
strike if we do not take their complaints into consideration. They have also received
support from other trade unions and political parties.
The strike may cause a huge loss to our business and may damage our reputation. On the
bases of my study of the entire situation, I would like to offer few recommendations
that may help the company to solve this issue. They are mentioned below.
Recommendation:
1. Without further delay the management should negotiate with the leaders of their
union and settle their demand regarding rise in salary and bonus percentage.
3. BE, GTU, Sem-3 Subject: ETC
3
2. Management should call the meeting of all the senior officers that deal with
labors directly and instruct them to maintain their conduct while dealing with the labors.
Management should help them understand that sensitive situations are required to be
handled with patience rather demonstrating authority.
3. Management should call the meeting of labors along with their leaders of their
union and persuade them that certain policies such as gratuity, provident fund and
pension scheme cannot be introduced immediately. But the company will definitely try to
take some concrete initiatives in that regard in near future.
Conclusion:
I hope that the report will give you an insight into the entire matter and will help the
company to take appropriate decisions. I would be glad to provide any clarification or
additional information required in this regard.
Yours sincerely,
(Signature)

St. Agnes Public School Celebrates Annual Day
By Manoj Upadhaya
St. Agnes School, Green Park, celebrated its annual day on May 2 with great fanfare. Mr.
Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, was the chief guest at the function. The
programme began with the lighting of the lamp by the chief guest. It was followed by a
welcome address and the presentation of the school annual report by the principal, Ms.
Swati Mehra.
The first item of the cultural program was presented by the primary wing. It was a
musical drama on the necessity of protecting the environment for the future generations.
The little children expressed themselves brilliantly bringing out the perils of destroying
our planet.
The middle school show cased the culture of India through folk dances. Each dance was
preceded by beautiful audio- visual effects, depicting the main cultural features of the
region. The colourful dresses of the graceful Garba dancers, the vigour and energy of
Bhangra dancers, and lilting music with elegant swaying movements of the Bihu and
Hajgiri dancers from the North East, enthralled the audience.
The senior school pupils enacted a play depicting the dangers of internet and social media
addiction for adults and children. They brought out the message poignantly. Every child
and adult was moved by the acting and story of a young life ruined by social media
addiction. The audience gave a loud and long round of applause for all participants.
The grand finale was the speech by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal. He highly praised the
performances by the children and appreciated the thought provoking themes chosen by
them. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Sagar Mehta, the school head
boy.
