University level education • based on online courses, so young students and working people could choose any class in the university and enroll in it • theoretical part of each class should be online • for the practical part of the class students will have opportunity to go to the university and see how the theory from the online lectures can be applied in real life • in order to graduate with a bachelor degree, student will have to take predefined number of courses from each level (1 to 4) and SMART ID cards would be used to track down which classes each person took

Better future • the concept of “learning for life”, which means that we never “graduate” because there are always new knowledge to learn • poor countries and people should be able to afford education as well, so we envisioned “education without limits” • people all over the world would take standardized tests and their scores would be noted on their SMART ID cards, this means no more TOEFL and other test expiring after few years • a global data base would exist, such as that employers can easily access it and search for the right candidate for the job, that best fits with their needs
