Addressing demographic challenges: Competitions similar to “Future of
Work” designed to represent real challenges to students qualified or
undergoing bachelor programs in engineering and natural science studies
and use it as a priority recruitment channel.
Focus on Resource productivity: Treat resource productivity with the same
importance as labor productivity. Resource productivity can be improved by
streamlining processes and upgrading technology
