importance as labor productivity. Resource productivity can be improved by
streamlining processes and upgrading technology
 Strong collaboration with domestic institutions while paying attention to on-
the-job training.
 The need to reduce over-reliance on FDI and Western Europe and instead
focus on global growth markets like China and India.
