TEAM GOAL
 Chak De portrays this phenomenon in a very effective manner. The top scorers
(Preeti Sabharwal and Komal Chautala) were competing to bag the highest scorer
tag and in that quest they start competing with each other and stop passing the ball
to each other; which eventually turns out to be a advantage for the opponent team.
 Haven’t you seen this kind of attitude in team members?
 Individual goals and agendas are always counter-productive
 Knowing the strengths, weaknesses and strategies of competitors (of the
organization /team) is essential to fully exploit the strengths of the
organization/team, to overcome
its weaknesses and formulate appropriate strategies to exploit the
weaknesses of the competitors and to win.
 There is no alternate to hard work, not even smart work!
 Strategy is important - know the team members individual strengths and
weaknesses
 The Team MUST have :
 HIGH level commitment
 WIDE participation
 DEEP interaction
 LONG term view of benefits

opportunity
Dream big and define the goal

weaknesses
 Inter group competition

abilities and acquiring
competencies

CONCLUSION

well made movie which has all the Organizational
Behaviour theories put into practice. It serves as a great
way to learn about the subject matters like personality,
leadership, motivation, teamwork, learning etc all have
been addressed by the movie. .
