Rewards based crowdfunding is a form of advance sale. Crowdunders
order and pay in advance a product (=reward) that is produced and
delivered after the campaign.
Rewards based crowdfunding is most suitable to easily understandable
consumer campaigns that raise a lot of feelings.
13. Investment based crowdfunding
A company can get new equity capital (e.g. Yoogaia, Radio Helsinki) or
loan capital (e.g. Iron Sky War Bond) via investment based crowdfunding. It
usually used by limited liability companies.
